La empresa ofrece una serie de soluciones relacionadas con el agua, la energ\u00eda y los materiales con especial atenci\u00f3n a la recuperaci\u00f3n de residuos- para promover la transici\u00f3n hacia una econom\u00eda circular.<\/durante> Quiere transmitir esta informaci\u00f3n a todas las nuevas incorporaciones de empleados en LATAM bajo un formato digital de onboarding plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objetivos<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

En primer lugar, Veolia quiere crear un nuevo programa de formaci\u00f3n para sus empleados que se incorporan a trabajar en la zona de Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De igual forma, y aprovechando el esfuerzo de recopilaci\u00f3n de contenidos quieren adem\u00e1s construir un itinerario formativo para los actuales empleados que contenga toda la informaci\u00f3n clave sobre su negocio global y en particular de cada pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De esta manera, quieren aprovechar la gran cantidad de contenidos que ya poseen en formato de v\u00eddeo y presentaciones adem\u00e1s de infograf\u00edas y otro tipo de formatos, pero quieren moldear toda esa informaci\u00f3n en un formato de curso y tambi\u00e9n de forma atractiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como resultado se ha dise\u00f1ado un curso muy din\u00e1mico y atractivo lanzado a m\u00e1s de 2.000 usuarios en diferentes pa\u00edses.
